Location: Corby
Salary: £28,000 basic, £36,000 OTE
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 6:00pm, Saturdays are 1 in 3 8:00am till 12:30pm

We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor for our client's showroom in Corby.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor to join a state-of-the-art showroom, great team and site that offers training & promotion opportunities.

Service Advisor role:

Take Service Department bookings.
Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the standards expected.
Meeting and greeting service customers and identifying their service requirements
Updating customers with technical issues
Dealing with complaints
Seize opportunities for up selling productsBenefits

You must have previous experience in th motor trade as a Service Advisor
Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude
Have commitment to achieving complete customer satisfaction
