We are currently seeking an Assistant Building Surveyor to join a nationally recognised, multi-award-winning consultancy in their Manchester office. Assistant Building Surveyor Salary & Benefits

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

Assist in the delivery of both professional and project-led building surveying services
Support with condition surveys, schedules of work, and technical reports
Assist with contract administration, including inspections and progress reports
Attend client and contractor meetings, site visits, and stakeholder reviews
Work across a variety of sectors including residential, education, healthcare, leisure and commercial
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across national projectsAssistant Building Surveyor Job Requirements

RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or similar
6 months to 3+ years' relevant post-graduate experience
Clear interest in gaining MRICS accreditation (full APC support provided)
Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
