Role: Sales Advisor
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, fully office based
Salary: £25,000 per annum + excellent commission structure

We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established company in the centre of Brighton!

They are looking for motivated and dynamic sales professionals to join their friendly contact centre team.

Responsibilities include:

Making daily outbound calls to existing customers to upsell on the company's products and services.
Answering inbound calls from customers with product enquiries.
Delivering excellent customer service with a focus on retention.
Providing in depth product knowledge.
Maintaining accurate CRM records and follow all compliance procedures.Candidates should have experience in both inbound and outbound sales, ideally gained within a call centre environment. Strong communication abilities and excellent customer service skills are essential for success in this role. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and managing a high volume of calls.
