The Role - SEN Teacher

Seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to deliver a highly personalised and differentiated curriculum for pupils aged 11-16 with autism and associated learning needs. You will teach small classes, adapt learning to individual pupil profiles and work towards EHCP outcomes to support progress across academic, social and communication development. The role involves close collaboration with support staff and therapists, promoting positive behaviour strategies, communication development and independence within a structured and supportive learning environment.
