Overview Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) S2IPT supports DoD and Navy information technology to design, develop, engineer, and maintain systems that will improve customer organizational efficie Responsibilities Administer Atlassian products including Jira and ConfluenceWork closely with stakeholders to successfully complete IT infrastructure projectsCreate complex Jira workflows, project workflows, field configurations, screen schemes, permission schemes and notification schemesCreate and manage accounts, projects, users, and user permissions Qualifications Requirements (education/experience/certifications):U.S. Citizenship4-6 years of IT experienceExpertise in Jira and Confluence administration, with at least 3 years of experience working with Atlassian productsStrong communication and interpersonal abilities Preferences (education/experience/certifications):Active, interim, or recent DoD SECRET clearanceExpertise in migration of data from various other tools to Jira/ConfluenceGood understanding of release managementKeen understanding of SDLC conceptsIntegration experience on Jira and Confluence with plugins and developmentExperience in performing Atlassian installations, upgrades, and migrationsSystem administration experienceIntegration with LDAP for authenticationKnowledge of SQL/common relational databasesFast learner who easily masters technical systems and processesUnderstands organizational and business functions and makes sound decisionscj “Ishpi Information Technologies, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
