We are a small, successful business looking to grow with a motivated, creative kitchen manager. The individual will be responsible for the overall operations of the back of house and kitchen area. Management skills include hiring staff, purchasing food and stock, costing out food and making sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation and kitchen safety techniques. We are looking for a leader to rally the team during heavy shifts, resolve conflicts and ensure the staff is doing their jobs properly. Attention to detail is necessary to write schedules and keep the prep, recipe and spec books up to date and organized. The kitchen manager must possess good communication skills, be able to take criticism (from employees, customers and the owner) and be flexible with their time and ability to solve problems. Excellent customer service is the goal at Bucket Brigade.
Salary will depend on experience.
