What We’re Looking For

  • NMC-registered Nurse
  • Proven experience as a Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • A track record of improving occupancy and maintaining excellent care standards.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of current care legislation and CQC requirements.
