What We're Looking For

Qualified HLTA or equivalent experience in a school support role

Enthusiasm for supporting pupils' learning and personal development

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

Ability to assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons

Effective communicator and team player

Key Responsibilities

Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons

Work with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning

Assist in monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback

Support pupils' personal, social, and emotional development

Take part in school events, meetings, and other activities as needed
