We are running our Graduate Scheme for prospective future teachers who are looking to gain direct relevant experience within a secondary school environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn on the job as a Teaching Assistant which encompasses all aspects of the role of a teacher preparing you for a training programme with our partnered schools. This scheme is to be taken on prior to embarking on a teacher training course where there is the opportunity to earn up to £1450 per month.
The Future Teachers Graduate Scheme is a fast track to teacher training and involves a 1 year apprenticeship as a Teaching Assistant whereby you will placed within one of our client schools located in Greater Manchester, specifically Altrincham. During this placement you will be provided with full training and support in gaining all the necessary skills and experience to prepare you for teacher training, allowing you to become a successful teacher in the future. There is full access to on the job training with the school itself but also full access to a number of key development courses including special needs, behaviour, assessment and curriculum.
Following successful completion of the Graduate Scheme as a future teacher, you will then have the opportunity to begin your teacher training supported through a Schools Direct teacher training school.
Our Future Teachers Graduate Scheme is open to graduates of all subjects including; English, Maths, Science, History/Geography, Languages, Computing and Physical Education.

This specific school is based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester requires additional graduates to join their Future Teachers Programme in the new academic year. This is initially a 1 year full time programme whereby applicants will be required to be available on a full time basis.
There are multiple opportunities for graduates to start in September and some later in the term October - December, giving the relevant graduates plenty of choice with regards their preference on starting work. There are also options to start sooner during this academic year if you are available.
