JDR Recruitment are currently looking for Night Shift Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing facility in the Ammanford area.
This role is based within the Extrusion Department, supporting the production of specialist building products within a fast-paced factory environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work, weekly pay and clear pay progression.
The Role
Working as part of the extrusion team, your duties may include:
Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery
Feeding materials into production equipment
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Packing and preparing items ready for the next stage of production
Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Full training will be provided.
Shift Pattern
Monday - Thursday
6:00pm - 6:00am
4 shifts per week
Long weekends every week

Requirements
Previous production, factory, or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to work night shifts
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
