Payroll Team Leader We are now recruiting for a Payroll Team Leader within our busy Corporate Administration Team.
The Payroll Team Leader will be responsible for training a newly recruited team of Payroll Assistants, and will be heavily involved in project work including the rollout of SmartTime logistics, a central HR system, and the rollout of digital personnel files.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Very strong payroll knowledge
• Prior experience of managing a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to motivate and work under pressure
• Excellent and proven ability to train
• Proven ability to deal with change write and rollout payroll processes
• Strong Excel skills
• CIPP/CIPD qualifications would be desirable
• Core HR software knowledge would be advantageous
