We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Blue Collar Construction team at ITS Building People in Southampton, specialising in Facilities Management & Maintenance recruitment.

🔹 The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage and grow your own Facilities Management & Maintenance desk, specialising in temporary and contract placements across roles such as maintenance engineers, electrical and mechanical technicians, caretakers, and facilities supervisors.

You will:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Develop new business through outbound calls, client meetings, and networking.
  • Source skilled candidates via advertising, social media, and proactive headhunting.
  • Work with a Resourcer to deliver high-quality, timely placements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed activity and sales targets.

🔹 What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years' recruitment experience - ideally within facilities management, maintenance, or building services.
  • Ambitious, motivated, and results-driven personality.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident, professional, and target-focused.
  • A driver with a full UK licence (essential).
