A leading international law firm is looking for a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to support its European practice groups, with a focus on corporate work.

The Role

You’ll support a range of marketing and business development activities, including:

• Preparing pitches, proposals, and client-facing materials
• Conducting client and market research
• Supporting directory submissions (e.g. Chambers, Legal 500)
• Assisting with events, webinars, and seminars
• Maintaining marketing collateral, contact lists, and internal systems
• Supporting thought leadership and wider BD initiatives

About You

• Experience in marketing or business development, ideally in professional services
• Strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work with a range of stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
