Location: Leeds - 2-3 days a week onsite

A newly created position within a growing and inclusive Transformation Management Office is available for an experienced Portfolio Demand Analyst to support the delivery of high-impact business change initiatives.

As part of this strategic team, you'll own demand forecasting and resource planning to align delivery capacity with business objectives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to refine demand processes, monitor vendor engagement, and generate meaningful insights to inform decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the demand management process across the change portfolio

Work with stakeholders to assess upcoming initiatives and resource requirements

Implement and manage centralised forecasting and reporting tools

Support supplier evaluations and contribute to strategic sourcing discussions

Analyse trends and produce reports to inform leadership decision-making

You'll Bring

Strong analytical skills and experience in demand/resource planning

Solid understanding of portfolio or project delivery environments

Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders

Ability to work with large data sets and translate into clear, actionable outputs

Comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced setting
