Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - Industrial Project
Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 8-18 months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
Start Date: Immediate Start Available

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a large-scale industrial project based in Bicester. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a minimum duration of 8 months, likely extending up to 18 months for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage on-site electrical engineers and subcontractors

*

Conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks

*

Coordinate with project management and other trades to ensure smooth workflow

*

Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations

*

Maintain progress reports and update project documentation

*

Assist with inspections and quality control

*

Provide leadership and support across the electrical team

*

Manage material deliveries and stock on site

Requirements:

*

Valid SSSTS certification

*

Recognised electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, AM2, 18th Edition)

*

Proven experience in a supervisory role on industrial projects

*

Strong understanding of electrical systems and site safety

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills
