Overview

As a Finance Business Partner(6 month fixed term contract), you will play a key role in supporting financial decision-making within a UK health government organisation. You'll provide expert financial insight, helping stakeholders manage budgets effectively while ensuring compliance with public sector financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial guidance and improve efficiency.
• Analyse financial data to support strategic planning and cost management.
• Prepare reports and forecasts to assist in informed decision-making.
• Ensure financial compliance with relevant health and government regulations.
• Work closely with senior leaders to optimise resource allocation and funding strategies.

What You Need

• A recognised accountancy qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
• Strong analytical skills and experience in budgeting and financial planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Understanding of public sector finance and healthcare funding.
