Position: Site Engineer
Location: Bicester
Duration: 5-6 weeks
Rate: £280 - £320 per day (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Engineer to support delivery of a 278 works scheme based in Bicester. This short-term contract is ideal for someone with strong setting-out skills and a solid understanding of highway and infrastructure works.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for Section 278 works including kerbing, drainage, road construction and associated infrastructure.

*

Liaising with site teams and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out accurately and safely.

*

Maintaining accurate site records, QA and as-built documentation.

*

Working with the project management team to meet deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering 278 works or similar civil engineering projects.

*

CSCS card (essential).

*

SSSTS/SMSTS and First Aid (preferred).

*

Own equipment (preferable).

*

Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
