Our client a leading non for-profit organisation are seeking an experienced Programme Director to lead and deliver a portfolio of impactful programmes based in West London. This is a leadership role responsible for shaping programme delivery, driving performance, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple projects.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership capability, stakeholder management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering complex programmes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of multiple programmes and projects
• Develop and implement programme plans aligned with organisational objectives
• Lead, inspire, and manage multidisciplinary teams
• Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders, funders, and local partners
• Monitor performance, risk, and impact, ensuring high standards of governance and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across programme delivery

About You

• Significant experience in programme or portfolio management at senior level
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and partnership-building ability
• Strong analytical, reporting, and governance knowledge
• A strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

Desirable

• Experience working within the public, charity, education, or community sector
• Knowledge of the West London landscape and local partnerships
