A loyal client to Sphere are looking for an MEP Electrical Technical Manager (Electrical Engineer), to commence a new role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a circa £300M new build element of the scheme.

Your new company are a large global group, operating across multiple sectors and industries. My clients development arm, are the subsidiary of the organisation recruiting for this role.

My client are looking for a candidate to support the existing Senior MEP Technical Manager, with a specific focus on leading the Electrical elements including Lifts, Escalators, and Specialist Electrical Services for the project. This will include both a delivery and design bias focus but if anything an emphasis on design.

1. Pre-Construction Activities including Design Monitoring and Procurement

2. Construction Phase Management and Compliance

3. Commissioning Management

Therefore, the ideal individual for the position will have extensive experience within new build and major projects, whilst operating at a similar level / title. A strong Tier 1 background would also be desirable.
