The Role

• Manage all estate issues, lease events and landlord negotiations
• Support acquisitions and property projects
• Control costs including business rates and service charges
• Work with internal teams and external consultants

• Experience in estates or property management
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Confident communicator, open to travel
