IRS Group are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for their market-leading food manufacturing client based in Willenhall.

An excellent opportunity for an ongoing role within a thriving business that specialises in the development of coatings, mixtures, and marinades for the food industry.

This is a full-time and permanent opportunity for the right applicant.

Working Hours:
Afternoon Shifts 1.30pm-10pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 1pm-7pm

x40 hours per week + Overtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead with Confidence: Take charge of the night shift and make critical operational decisions in the absence of senior management.

*

Inspire Your Team: Motivate and guide a team of around 30 employees, including section leaders, to hit production targets.

Keep Things Running Smoothly: Adjust staffing as needed to cover absences and ensure seamless shift handovers.

*

Maintain High Standards: Make sure all work areas are clean, organised, and ready for the next shift.

*

Solve Problems on the Spot: Quickly handle any staff, ingredient, or packaging issues that arise.

*

Promote a Positive Culture: Communicate clearly, resolve concerns, and build strong working relationships across the team.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience in leading teams within a manufacturing environment, ideally food production.

* Strong decision-making and organisational skills.

* A confident and approachable leader with excellent people skills.
