A genuinely exciting Area Manager position has arisen with this leading provider of contract cleaning services. They are looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage 25 sites/contracts across the South London area. If this sounds like this could be of interest, please apply ASAP.

LOCATION: You will manage 25 (+) sites across the South London area, you will work from home when not visiting site and will be required to visit the head office in London once or twice a week.

SALARY: £27,000 to £30,000 as a basic salary with a fully expensed company vehicle, 20 days annual leave and company pension.

This company sells a wide range of contract cleaning service to offices, facilities management companies, the education sector, hospitality sector and retailer etc.

You will be required to manage 25 sites, providing early morning or evening cleaning with approximately 2 to 6 Cleaning Operatives on site. You will be responsible for conducting Quality Audits, managing and monitoring standards of work, recruiting new members of staff, staff training, payroll and monitoring timesheets.

Successful candidates will either have a minimum of 2 years' experience working as an Area Manager within the contract cleaning industry or will have worked as an Area Supervisor for contract cleaning firm wanting the next step in their career.
