Acting Agency: Imperium Financial Recruitment

Overview

Imperium Financial Recruitment is working with a specialist firm of Insolvency Practitioners, renowned for their expertise in property-related matters, particularly within LPA Receivership. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Sales Executive to join their growing Property Sales and Surveying team.

This role is ideal for candidates with some early RICS experience (or those aspiring to professional qualification) who are eager to build their career within property sales and receivership. You will play a key role in achieving the best outcomes for creditors while upholding the highest compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full end-to-end sale process of residential and commercial properties under LPA Receivership.
  • Coordinate valuations, inspections, and appraisals in line with RICS and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with case managers, solicitors, lenders, and agents to ensure efficient sales progression.
  • Assess and negotiate offers, securing best value while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing activity, offers, and sales progress for both internal and client review.
  • Maintain accurate audit trails and documentation to ensure adherence to RICS and legal standards.
  • Support process improvements and contribute to sales strategy development.
  • Handle stakeholder queries promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor property market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in property sales, ideally with exposure to distressed assets or receivership.
  • Knowledge of LPA Receivership processes (desirable but not essential).
  • Working towards or holding RICS accreditation (AssocRICS / MRICS) preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, particularly in sensitive situations.
  • Excellent organisation, case management, and attention to detail.
  • Experience liaising with solicitors, lenders, surveyors, and managing agents.
  • Commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) across property-related disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; property management or sales software experience beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK when required.

Benefits

  • Professional development opportunities, with support for RICS accreditation post-probation.
  • Exposure to complex property transactions and receivership processes.
  • Collaborative working environment with experienced mentors.
  • Company pension scheme.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
