Service Engineer - Medical Sterilisation

Site based in the Kent area

Monday Friday - 8.30am - 5pm

A highly reputable organisation specialising in medical equipment service, repair and maintenance are seeking an experienced service engineer with experience working on medical sterilisation machines such as autoclaves and washer disinfectors.

The role will be to carry out test and validation on large porous load autoclaves and washers in a hospital trust in the Kent area.

Key accountabilities - Service Engineer

Provide daily on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of CSSD equipment as well as Pathology autoclaves within specified hospital locations.
Work with and support the site manager/ team leader in achieving contract KPls.
Complete all associated administrative work in completing repairs and preventative maintenance as outlined in company procedures.
To work within the companies Quality Assurance and Environmental, Health & Safety policies.
Support customers whenever needed to ensure minimal disruption to the operation of the hospital.
Build long-term relationships with customers, subcontractors and staff to ensure responsiveness and support to customers.

Experience required - Service Engineer

Service, repair and test experience working on washer disinfectors and large porous load autoclaves.
Preferably be familiar with working in an NHS trust or hospital but will consider life science/pharma backgrounds

Benefits/Package:

£31-42,000 + £2,500 LW
Paid overtime available - not guaranteed
No on call (will be covered by other engineers).
Bonus - discretionary, not guaranteed
