Head of Integration

London/Hybrid - £85,000 to £105,000 + benefits

Endeavour Recruitment is supporting a leading, award-winning financial services group in their search for a Head of Integration. This is a strategic and delivery-focused position responsible for overseeing post-acquisition integration across multiple business areas.

The Role

You'll lead end-to-end integration programmes following corporate acquisitions, ensuring smooth onboarding and alignment with the company's operating model. Working closely with senior stakeholders across M&A, operations, compliance, finance, people, and technology, you'll drive delivery, manage risk, and ensure business continuity throughout each integration phase.

Key Responsibilities

Lead integration projects from initial planning through to full operational alignment.
Partner with the Director of Integration to shape strategy, track milestones, and report on outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across all business units.
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and newly acquired firms.
Support cultural alignment and onboarding of new employees.
Manage governance reporting, risk identification, and delivery assurance.
Conduct post-integration reviews and feed learnings into future frameworks.
Enhance and maintain the organisation's integration playbook.

Experience & Skills

Proven experience managing integrations or change programmes in financial services.
Strong understanding of wealth management or financial planning operations.
Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate clearly at all levels.
Comfortable with data, systems, and cross-functional delivery.
Flexible, resilient, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
