This role is based within a long-established manufacturing organisation and involves acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. The receptionist will provide a professional welcome while supporting the Sales department with administrative duties, coordinating front desk activities, managing correspondence and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of reception.

Key Responsibilities

Professionally greet visitors and manage front-desk activities, ensuring a positive first impression.

Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, screen enquiries and relay accurate messages.

Maintain security procedures by managing visitor sign-in and issuing visitor badges.

Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, refreshments and maintaining tidy reception areas.

Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including handling post and general office tasks.
