Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons

Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs, including SEN

Assist with classroom management and pupil supervision

Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff

Requirements:

Relevant TA qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2 or 3) desirable

Experience working with children or young people in a school setting

A patient, compassionate, and adaptable approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

DBS check required (or willingness to obtain one)
