An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our client, a dynamic and fast-growing company that provides Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management services to some of the UK's leading construction firms.

Off the back of continued expansion, they are now seeking to appoint a Digital Marketing and Business Support Officer to support both operational and digital functions across the business.

Role Overview

* You will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company's digital presence, business systems and internal support functions.

* This is a multi-skilled role ideal for someone who thrives in a growing company and is confident balancing digital, operational and business development tasks.

* You'll support website and CRM updates, manage digital marketing activity (including PPC), ensure compliance processes are followed, contribute to business development and help maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

* Experience in CRM management and customer service

* Organised, detail-oriented and confident managing varied digital and business tasks

* Familiar with website CMSs such as WordPress or similar

* Comfortable using social media platforms and scheduling tools

* Able to support or manage PPC campaigns and digital ads

* Proficient in Microsoft 365, cloud tools and basic reporting

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Completed or currently undertaking a Digital Marketer (Level 3) apprenticeship or equivalent qualification

* Experience working in a growing company

* Proven track record in developing or implementing systems
