Account Manager - Global Marketing Agency

My client is an industry leading marketing agency that works with some of the worlds most recognised brands. Due to growth on a key account the business are looking for an Account Manager who will manage and develop the relationship with this customer.

The role will include:

Acting as the key point of contact for all client management, taking the full specification from the client, agreeing budget and timescales and working towards that.
Provide technical input and advice on print and packaging projects
Brief suppliers on the clients requirements and liaise between the two
Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
Work as part of a team to help prepare presentations and complete necessary account admin and reporting
Working closely with the Account Director to identify new business opportunities and account growth
Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working with Print / Packaging
Proven experience managing and growing relationships with key accounts in a client facing role
Ability to manage multiple projects in a high demanding environment
Has a high level of technical print knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques
