About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Assistants to join our team on an agency basis, supporting residents in a friendly care home environment. Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting

Support mobility and daily activities to promote independence

Help with meal preparation and feeding where needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Report any changes in residents' health or behavior to nursing staff

Previous experience in a care or healthcare setting preferred but not essential (training can be provided)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and nights

Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
