Hotel Front Desk Agent is needed to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Must have HOTEL front desk agent experience! As a Hotel Front Desk Agent your responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests. This position is located in south west Houston area. You will have to have HOTEL front desk agent experience to be considered for the position. More responsibilities may be assigned upon hire.
Must have at least 6 months successful history as a HOTEL Front Desk Agent or related hospitality experience
-Bilingual Spanish or Indian (is a plus)
-Must have basic computer knowledge
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time
-Must be able to demonstrate a professional friendliness
-Must have a flexible work schedule
-Up Selling guest rooms and promoting hotel services
-Handling cash payments
-Maintain a clean and neat front desk area
-You will need to undergo and pass a criminal background check and drug screening process.
