We are pleased to be recruiting for a proactive and detail-focused IFA Administrator to join a National, dynamic and forward-thinking wealth management business. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service while supporting advisers with high-quality administrative and operational support.
This firm is undergoing a period of transformation and innovation, making this a fantastic time to join their evolving Client Operations team. You will not only support advisers and clients day-to-day but also play a key role in helping digitise, streamline, and continuously improve processes.
The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you will provide comprehensive pre- and post-advice support, ensuring all client documentation, data, and processes are handled efficiently, accurately, and compliantly. You will be a key point of contact for both advisers and clients, helping deliver a smooth and professional client journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Handle client documentation and enquiries promptly, delivering a high standard of service at all times.
- Process Management: Support advisers with efficient end-to-end processing and help identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Meeting Preparation: Produce detailed client meeting packs including valuations, agreements, fact finds, and risk profiles.
- Documentation Management: Issue documents to relevant parties, manage letters of authority, gather policy information, and update client records.
- Issue Management: Respond to client, adviser, colleague, and provider queries via phone, email, or written communication.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information using Intelliflo Office.
- Project Support: Participate in internal projects related to systems, platforms, investment committees, or new business needs.
