Salary: £32000 - £35000/annum

We're currently working exclusively with a well-established and forward-thinking organisation operating within the residential property sector. With a growing portfolio and a strong commitment to building safety, compliance and resident wellbeing, they are looking to strengthen their Building Safety team.

This is a pivotal role responsible for the end-to-end coordination, preparation and submission of Building Safety Cases across a varied residential portfolio. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and external consultants to ensure all Building Safety Case Reports are delivered in line with the Building Safety Act.

Acting as a central point of expertise, you will oversee the full Building Safety Case process, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and delivered on time. You will manage relationships with fire and building safety consultants, review Fire Risk Assessments to ensure quality and compliance and take ownership of progressing actions through to completion.

The role also plays a key part in shaping and embedding the organisation's Golden Thread approach. You will lead on the development, implementation and ongoing governance of digital building safety information systems, ensuring data is robust, auditable and effectively utilised across the business. In addition, you will oversee a site inspection function, ensuring compliance is consistently monitored and reported.

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive property professional with an understanding of the Building Safety Act, fire safety regulations and Safety Case requirements. You would have experience working with multiple stakeholders and reviewing technical safety information. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organisation at a key stage of its building safety journey, where you can play a central role in driving compliance, improving systems and shaping best practice
