Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Immediate Start

📍 Redbridge | £130-£150 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a compassionate and proactive HLTA ready to take on a new and fulfilling role this Summer Term? SANZA Teaching Agency is excited to offer a unique opportunity to work within a dedicated Tuition Service in Redbridge, supporting students who are unable to attend mainstream education due to medical, emotional, or social needs.

This is a truly rewarding position where you'll play a vital part in helping vulnerable young people-aged 4 to 19-access tailored education in a safe and supportive setting. You'll join a passionate team of educators who are committed to inclusion, personal growth, and positive outcomes for every learner.

The Role:

Deliver personalised support across age groups from EYFS to Post-16
Work closely with teachers and specialists to implement individual learning plans
Provide pastoral care and maintain strong engagement with learners
Prepare resources and track progress in line with student needs
Build meaningful relationships and foster a nurturing learning environment

What We're Looking For:

HLTA status or an equivalent relevant qualification
Experience working with children and young people with complex or additional needs
Flexibility, resilience, and a calm approach in alternative education settings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for inclusive education and helping students thrive
