A well-established consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a capable and confident Project Manager to join their expanding team. The Project Manager will work across a broad spectrum of sectors including commercial, healthcare and residential. As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of both public and private sector schemes ranging from £1m-£50m.

The ideal Project Manager will be someone with strong technical understanding and a good track record in managing key stakeholders. This opportunity is perfect for a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, client liaison, managing design teams and overseeing programmes, costs and risks.

• Degree qualified in a relevant subject

• 3+ years experience as a Project Manager

• Progressing towards or already chartered (MRICS/APM/MCIOB)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently

• £40,000 - £58,000 per annum
