Role Overview
As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will play a key role in generating new business, building a personal client book, and structuring finance solutions for UK businesses. If you are confident on the phone, commercially aware, and motivated by performance-based earnings, this role offers a genuine opportunity to grow into a senior, high-earning position.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business through outbound sales activity
Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
Identify businesses seeking funding solutions and qualify opportunities
Structure and introduce finance solutions, including business loans, asset finance, invoice finance, and revolving credit facilities
Manage deals from initial contact through to completion
Work closely with lenders to secure competitive terms
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
About You

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within finance or B2B sectors
Confident making outbound calls and generating new business
Strong communication and rapport-building skills
Commercially aware, target-driven, and organised
Capable of managing multiple live deals simultaneously
Resilient under pressure and motivated by performance-based earnings
