Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 15:30

About the school:

We're working with a brilliant specialist school in Rochdale that supports students aged 11-19 with a range of complex learning needs, autism, and physical or sensory impairments. The team is warm, welcoming, and focused on creating a safe, inclusive space where students can truly thrive.

Classroom Facilitator - What We're Looking For:

A confident, positive presence and a genuine desire to support young people
Resilience, patience, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations
Willingness to learn and adapt-no two days are the same!
A passion for making a difference, especially for students who need extra support to succeed
An interest in SEN, mental health, or inclusive education (experience is a bonus, not a must) To be eligible you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
