Position: Registered Manager for EBD/SEMH Home

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leadership Excellence:

Provide strong and compassionate leadership to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment.
Implement and drive the vision and mission of the organisation within the EBD/SEMH home.
Operational Oversight:

Ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the home, maintaining high standards of care and support.
Oversee and manage resources efficiently to meet the individual needs of residents.
Quality Care:

Develop and implement care plans tailored to the specific needs of each resident, promoting their emotional and mental well-being.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and standards governing the operation of EBD/SEMH homes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Team Development:

Recruit, train, and support a dedicated team of care professionals.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging continuous professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies.
Act as a key point of contact for any concerns or queries related to the EBD/SEMH home.
Risk Management:

Identify and manage potential risks, taking proactive measures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents and staff.
Promote Inclusion and Diversity:

Champion diversity and inclusion within the home, creating an environment that celebrates differences and promotes equality.Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role within a similar setting.
Relevant qualification Children & Young People in Residential Care
