Head of Residential Conveyancing - Essex

Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and reputable firm based in Essex, who have excellent commuter links from the surrounding areas. You will be used to managing your own caseload of complex Conveyancing matters and have the ability to grow the department through networking and generating new business. Previous experience in managing a team of fee earners is preferred but not essential.

You will be handling a full and busy caseload of matters to include, but not limited to: Sales & Purchases, Freehold & Leasehold, Transfer of equity, New builds, Shared ownership and re-mortgages.
