Time 4 Recruitment have an opportunity for a Permanent Mechanical Project Manager to work for a highly successful, well established main M&E contractor, with Offices in South Wales . Our client specialises in across private and public sectors including Hospitals, Schools, retail, commercial and as well as universities and student accommodation.

Responsibilities:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager on large scale new build and refurbishment commercial projects along with HNC/HND/Degree in Building Services. Strong leadership skills and be able to work as a part of a wider team is required. Candidates must have excellent people management skills and be able to motivate others around them. You will need the ability to prioritise, organise and multitask to ensure that timescales are met through effective planning and project management. Candidates must hold a full UK driving license
