Job Description

We’ll get you started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On our team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience - from setting up new accounts, to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing clients and help build new leads by thorough account maintenance and receiving positive referrals

  • Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

  • Provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill

  • Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills with the persistence to resolve problems completely

  • Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details

  • Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast paced, constantly evolving team environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication

  • Self-motivated and self-directed
