Due to continued growth, FMG is now seeking to expand our Customer Services team with ambitious individuals who have the desire and right empathetic approach to help customers who have been involved in a road traffic accident, resolving each incident through a world class service.

Supporting you to be the best Customer Service Representative you can be - preparing you for success right from the start. When you join us, you will enjoy a structured 12 month training programme allowing us to ensure you continue to develop in your role through on-going coaching and support. Better still, as you progress, your salary will too.
We are there for our customers we they need us most and they are often in touch with us outside of 'usual' office hours. Your role is full-time, with shifts between 08.00 to 20.00 hrs, Monday to Saturday, however we would also be interested to hear from you if you are seeking part-time, evening and weekend opportunities too.
About You:
To be successful, you will need to be up for a challenge, with great listening skills, lots of empathy and the determination to go the extra mile for customers. In time, as you build your knowledge of our services and support, you will become adept as resolving complex problems.
You will also need to be able to demonstrate:
* A positive telephone manner
* Confidence with office IT and computer systems
* A strong drive for getting it right first time.
* Good team-working skills.
* An ability to identify customer's needs through great communication
* Most importantly, a passionate customer service
