Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a skilled team in line with regulations.

Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead.

Oversee operational, financial, and quality assurance processes.

Promote trauma-informed, relationship-based care.

Requirements:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to achieve)

*

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential care

*

Strong safeguarding, leadership, and organisational skills
