Protyre Autocare are looking for a hands-on, dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager, focusing on retail commercial Tyres. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Your role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the commercial Tyre market.

As the Business Development Manager, you will be accountable for achieving sales growth whilst driving new and existing business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

About the role:

· Working closely with Centre Managers around Health and Safety

· Ensure all sites are made aware of manufactures promotions

· Building a weekly call log plan

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the retail commercial Tyre sector.

· Conduct research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends.

· Grow Truck units and brand awareness with new business wins and existing customers in your Area.

· Create a working week ahead of prospect calls in your work diary which you have appointments organised, this may entail cold calling but strategically.

· Create a strategic pipeline of customers, in your geographic area to help drive consistency and planning.

· Prepare regular sales reports (weekly) forecasts, and performance analyses to inform strategic decisions to your manager.

About you:

· Experience of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

· Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans

· Experience of providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions

· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

· Full UK Driving licence
