We are seeking an experienced Lead Electrician to oversee and manage electrical installations on a large-scale commercial construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of electricians, coordinating with site management, ensuring code compliance, and delivering high-quality workmanship on schedule.
Lead Electrician Key Responsibilities:

Lead a crew of electricians on a commercial job site
*
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
*
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment
*
Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations
*
Coordinate inspections and work with project managers, GC, and other trades
*
Maintain accurate documentation of progress and issues
*
Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices
Lead Electrician Qualifications:
*
Gold ECS card
*
SSSTS / SMSTS
*
Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
*
Deep understanding of commercial wiring methods, conduit installation, switchgear, and panel work
*
Strong ability to read blueprints and work independently
*
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
