Salary: £90-£120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Bletchley is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils across the school from September. This role involves working closely with teachers to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping children with their academic and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND
Assist with classroom management and lesson preparation
Provide targeted interventions under teacher guidance
Foster positive relationships with pupils to support well-being and learning
Monitor and report on pupil progress
Requirements:

Experience working with children (school or childcare setting preferred)
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passion for supporting children's development and learning
A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
