Our client, a growing business, is looking for a Financial Controller to lead a small finance team, take ownership of statutory and group reporting, and play a key role in developing their team. This is a hands-on role with clear progression opportunities into a Finance Director position for the right candidate.

• Maintain the integrity of financial information through statutory accounting and IFRS group reporting.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.

• Cash flow forecasting, treasury management, and supporting audits.

• Work closely with project accountants and support the wider finance function.

• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within finance systems and reporting.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

• Strong statutory accounting and IFRS reporting experience

• Proven leadership skills
