Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. The Role As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving property sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of buyers and vendors, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Registering and managing buyer applicants
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Driving sales progression to ensure smooth completions
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

About You We are looking for someone who is:

• Energetic, friendly, and highly motivated
• Confident and professional, particularly over the phone
• Organised with excellent time management skills
• Proven track record within Estate Agency sales
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar within Estate Agency
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle
• Ability to commute within 1 hour of Epsom
