We are recruiting for a Quality Analyst to join our FMCG manufacturer based in Bedfordshire to work on a 3 tier shift pattern Monday to friday 8 hour shifts covering mornings, afternoons and nights.

The role

- Carrying out analysis of microbiology, pysico-chemical, verification, equipment maintenance and calibration of equipment.

- gathering samples for approval e.g.raw materials, auxiliaries, new recipes and process improvement.

- updating lab systems

- creating reports and documentation

- working in a lab environment in a food manufacturing background.

candidate

- The ideal candidate will experience in a quality control or analytical labratory role.

- Coming from a food/fmcg/beverage background is essential for the position.

- experience in using a labratory management systems would be highly advantageous.

3 tier shift 6am - 2pm/2pm-10pm.10pm - 6am

£37,830 per annum
