Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Licensed Conveyancers or Solicitors specialising in residential conveyancing or commercial property transactions to join a dynamic and high-performing lender finance team. The role involves advising lender clients on residential and commercial property transactions, bridging loans, buy-to-let, commercial and development projects, including complex legal and financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing freehold and leasehold transactions from initial instruction through to completion, addressing all enquiries, resolving title issues, conducting and reviewing searches, and satisfying mortgage conditions.
Conducting detailed title checking.
Supporting junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants, particularly on complex transactions.
Preparing contracts and associated documentation.
Reviewing official documents and ensuring accuracy.
Liaising effectively with clients, agents, borrowers, solicitors, asset managers, and internal departments.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of post-completion tasks.
Using case management systems daily.
Managing client billing processes accurately.Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' PQE in residential or commercial conveyancing.
Essential experience with buy-to-let, leasehold properties, and corporate clients.
Commercial conveyancing experience advantageous.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive, commercially aware, and financially astute.
